Meet the See She

Christa Haberstock

Since 1997, Christa Haberstock Colson has blurred the line between ‘Talent’ and ‘Agent’ by living large on both sides of it at the same time.

On the ‘Agent’ side of the line, she is President & Founder of See Agency, the industry’s fastest growing speaker management outfit. She manages, consults, and represents a cadre of elite corporate talent, personally booking over $4M of speakers annually into corporate events.

In 2016 and again in 2017, See Agency was awarded a coveted spot on the Inc. 5000, ranking a remarkable #1036 (2016) and #1181 (2017) on the List of America’s Fastest Growing Companies. Whoa, right?

Selected by the President of the International Association of Speakers Bureaus, Christa received the 2012 Above and Beyond Award to recognize those who have gone beyond the call of duty to serve the association. In recognition of her exceptional willingness to assist others in the bureau industry, Christa received the IASB 2016 Dottie Walters Helping Hands Award. Christa currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Association.

For nearly a decade, she has appeared on TV, radio and podcasts presenting about the speaking industry. As the world’s only Speaker Therapist, Christa has spoken to audiences across the US and Canada. She consults on a one-to-one basis with professional speakers and entertainment from around the world, helping them remove their own barriers to bookings and win more business.

And on the ‘Talent’ side of the line?  Christa is both an accomplished Recording Artist and Actor. She has written, performed, and produced award-winning songs which received radio play in the US, Canada, and West Africa.  Her music has won international awards and earned critical acclaim “from people who know stuff”.

She is also a successful Improviser and Actor, co-founding Dallas’ premiere all-female improv comedy troupe, Heroine Addiction. In 2012, she co-authored, “Recipes for a Funner Life: Cooking With Improv To Improve Communication, Confidence, & Get More Happy”. She has also done time as a Stand-up Comedian, most recently invited to open for Caroline Rhea and Kevin Nealon.

Christa continues to work on an assortment of diverse projects, including various web series and voice-over work. Her short-film performances are being shown to great reviews at Film Festivals across the US.

And she is told almost daily that she looks like the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton. This, my friends, does not suck for her.

Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (GO OILERS), she now resides in Dallas, Texas with 1 thriving agency, 2 or 3 perfect children, 1 handsome Husker husband, 1 nearly flawless handstand, and a collection of brutal and always entertaining careers.
